My name is Phi Marsh. I was born and raised in Southern California, and currently live in Torrance.
I love music and play a couple instruments: piano, flute, piccolo, trumpet, ukulele, and guitar. I was in band for two years, but now I'm a choir kid and have been for the past two years. I was this year's Assistant Director and Alto Section Leader for my advanced women's choir. Next year, I will be Choir Board President.
In my free time, I compose, play DnD with my friends, and play video games, like Mass Effect, Minecraft, Guild Wars 2, and The Sims. I also play volleyball and was a coach a couple of years ago.
I draw, paint, and run a photography account.
I had a brief introduction to coding in middle school through a middle school robotics class. My team won a competition against other local schools, but at the time, I barely understood any of it. I found it really interesting and fun and I'd like to learn more.
I'm an incoming senior considering a computer science major and future career in tech, so I hope to cement those plans with the Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program.
